Ultrasonic cleaning is not safe for:
- pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, amber or coral
- any soft, porous or treated stones
- glued-in stones
- antique or fragile pieces
If you're unsure, ask your jeweler first. This cleaner removes dirt and residue. It does not remove tarnish. For tarnish, use our Polishing Cloth Set.

What jewelry can I clean?
Solid gold, sterling silver and platinum, plus diamonds and other hard gemstones. Skip pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, amber, coral, and any glued-in or treated stones.
How long does a cleaning take?
A few minutes per cycle. For heavier buildup, run a second cycle.
What water should I use?
Regular water works. Fill the tank, add your jewelry and press the button.
Will it remove tarnish?
No. It lifts away dirt, oils and residue, but it doesn't remove tarnish or scratches. Our Polishing Cloth Set handles tarnish.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in about 7–12 business days. Shipping is free on every US order.
