Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–12 business days. Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at carterbuilds01@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
