Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at carterbuilds01@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it.

Exceptions
We can't accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery, including damage from cleaning unsuitable items such as pearls, opals or other soft stones.
